This is beautiful, I love the reflection. There's so many things you can do with reflections. I really like the colour and how you kept it golden from the city lights. I don't know if I like the bottom right corner, it pulls from the rest of the shot because I think too much attention is drawn to it from the light of the flash. This is an awesome shot though, Im really drawn to it.
